Victoria Beckham is all about blood, sweat, and tears!
In an interview published over the weekend, the former Spice Girls singer spoke to The Sunday Times about her GNARLY exercise routine!
The 43-year-old reveals she works out for TWO HOURS every morning, and is "very disciplined" about her regimen. The fashion designer said:
"I get up quite early, around 6 a.m., and do an hour in the gym before the kids get up, then I give them breakfast and David or I take them to school. I'll then fit in another hour's workout before I go to the office. I'm very disciplined, I have to be."
In the morning, Posh Spice can focus on her fitness without too many distractions.
"It's really the only time in the day I get to myself. No one comes into the gym, no one follows me in there with a laptop. If I'm standing in the kitchen for too long, then laptops will come floating in my direction. Someone always wants something approved, something signed off. Other than the children no one dares come into the gym."
Miz Beckham is able to manage her insane schedule due to the "support network" around her.
"It's all about managing time and having a good team of people around you... It's not easy. I'm a bit of a control freak. I love what I do, and I always want to be the best – whether that's designing an amazing collection, putting on the best fashion show, creating a make-up collection, being the best mum, the best wife. Luckily I have a brilliant support network that makes everything possible and an assistant who will tell me when I need to stop … I listen to her when she says it's time to go home and have dinner with David and the kids."
But you aren't going to get Vicky's body from exercise alone! The English babe also has a structured diet.
"I'm in the fortunate position where it's easy for me. I can afford to eat well... I expect a lot from my body… and I'm never sick. You have to be kind to your body if you expect a lot from it."
Contrary to popular belief, Victoria does "smile and laugh a lot," and expresses gratitude to the many blessings in her life.
"Every morning I genuinely wake up and realize how lucky and blessed I am – despite how I often look in pictures! Thankfully because of social media people can now see the images and videos that me and my family choose to post and see us as we are, rather than how others want us to be seen."
VB is truly a boss!

The news may not have fully sunk in yet for many fans of The Bachelor, but ABC is wasting no time in hammering home its stunning decision:
Arie Luyendyk Jr. really is the next star of this franchise.
Yes, Arie Luyendyk Jr,; Not Peter Kraus or any of the supposed contenders heading into next season.
Arie Luyendyk Jr. was the runner-up on the 2012 season of The Bachelorette and... well... hasn't been heard from very much since then.
But ABC decided to shock viewers by announcing Arie as the next Bachelor, and now it's gone ahead and released the first promo for his new season.
In the trailer below, we get an actual glimpse at Luyendyk in this role, along with a few quality racecar puns.
(Did we mention Arie is a racecar driver?)
"Hearts will race," the teaser states, including with it footage of Arie from Emily's season in 2012 and shots of him from the unexpected reveal on Good Morning America.
"I was a little skeptical because we'd been in talks for a few years about doing it, so I just kind of went into it with an open heart, an open mind," he said on GMA. "It just hit me that yeah, I'm here."
Arie was supposedly under consideration in the past, losing out once to Sean Lowe and once to Chris Soules.
Known as The Kissing Bandit because he's very good at the game of tonsil hockey, there is a bit of controversy already surrounding Luyendyk.
There's also a lot of mixed reaction to his selection, as you can see here:
"We chose Arie because he's great," says Chris Harrison, adding:
"I love Arie, I'm a little biased because he's a friend of mine and I've known him for several years, so I'm actually really excited he's the Bachelor.
"I think he's a very sincere good gentleman and I think he'll be a good one."
The new season of The Bachelor kicks off in January.

There is a scientific hypothesis that all of our reality is actually a simulation being run on some very advanced civilization’s version of a computer, a sort of advanced version of The Sims. The basis of the hypothesis, which astrophysicist Neil DeGrasse Tyson believes is roughly as likely to be true as not, is that giving an infinite amount of time, some civilizations will become advanced enough to run simulations that, to the simulated beings, are indistinguishable from reality, and when that is possible, there will be infinitely more simulated realities than actual realities.
Jim Carrey is either very convinced by this theory and considers it his job to inform the public, or he’s just the sort of lunatic that thinks childhood vaccinations cause autism. Either way, he appears to have finally gone off the deep end at New York Fashion Week, as seen in this red carpet interview for E!.
Carrey starts by telling his would-be interviewer that “There’s no meaning to any of this, so I wanted to find the most meaningless thing that I could (inaudible) come to and join and here I am.” At this point you can almost feel the joy drain from reporter Catt Sadler, who just a minute earlier was almost giddy to be getting to talk to Jim as he walked in circles around her, acting like the clown everyone expects him to be.
Sadler tries to recover, saying that Fashion Week is “celebrating icons,” which Carey says is “The absolute lowest-aiming thing, you know, possibility we could come up with.” Poor Catt looks like a deer caught in the headlights here, as she turns to the cameraman and her eyes widen, as if she’s about to start blinking torture in Morse code.
The first time Jim Carrey tells Catt Sadler she doesn’t exist, she ignores him and asks about the ability of icons and artists to inspire people. At this point, Jim breaks out into a rendition of James Brown’s “On The Good Foot” and Sadler starts to share Jim’s new nihilistic outlook on life. E! News offered a transcript of what Carrey said next.
“I don’t believe in icons,” Carrey deadpanned.
“I don’t believe in personalities. I believe that peace lies beyond personalities, beyond invention and disguise, beyond the red ‘S’ you wear on your chest, that makes bullets bounce off,” he said, paraphrasing a commencement speech he gave Maharishi University of Management in Iowa in 2014, when he received an honorary doctorate for his achievements in the arts. The facility offers a “consciousness-based education.”
Poor Catt Sandler tries to get things back on track, pointing out to Carrey that he’s all dressed up for the red carpet event. He replies, entirely straight-faced, “No, I didn’t get dressed up, there is no me.”
At this point, Sandler wisely thinks a change of tack is in order, so she asks Jim about current events instead, saying “There is a lot of news that is relevant that’s not that uplifting.” But Jim Carrey wasn’t saying Fashion Week was pointless, that would be far too ordinary a point to make. Thousands of edgy teenagers on Tumblr have made that very point in the past 24 hours, I’m sure. Carrey instead assures Catt Sadler that “It’s not our world. We don’t matter. That’s the good news,” and walks away with a smile after giving her a reassuring pat on the shoulders.
A lot of outlets have speculated that Carrey is sad or depressed, but I’d like to remind you all that Jim Carrey is just crazy. He was crazy a decade ago, and he’s crazy today. There’s no need to wonder what caused this, because it’s nothing he hasn’t been doing for years.

It’s impossible to forget the tragedy in New York City that left thousands dead and an entire country shattered 16 years ago.
There are a lot of opinions on the infamous act of terror we have come to call 9/11, not to mention the ramifications it had on America’s relations with the rest of the world.
But one thing we can agree on is to remember those who suffered, served, and were lost during this historically devastating event.
Celebrities and politicians were among many to share heartbreaking tributes to all those affected by 9/11 — see what people are saying (below):
We remember everyone we lost on 9/11 and honor all who defend our country and our ideals. No act of terror will ever change who we are.

Thinking of all those who put themselves in harm’s way to save lives on 9/11.
To those we lost, to those who fought to save them, to the families who lost it all. Some wounds never heal. We remember, we honor you. #NeverForgetA post shared by Leah Remini (@leahremini) on Sep 11, 2017 at 5:18am PDT
#NeverForget the lives lost 16 years ago today. Thank you to all first responders and military members who have been called to serve and sacrifice for our freedom and safety. #PatriotDay (#Repost @winsforwarriors) On the 16th Anniversary of the attacks on 9/11, we remember the over 3,000 lives lost that day, and we recognize the heroic first responders and service members who have pledged their lives to our safety and freedom. On Saturday we hosted the inaugural Patriot Ruck to show our strength and support in numbers for these incredible Americans. “We are here for the police officer who risks his or her life every day to keep us safe. We are here for the firefighter who willingly enters a burning building to save a complete stranger. We are here for the EMT who is constantly on call to respond to emergencies at a moment’s notice. There are currently Service Members deployed all around the world in harm’s way willing to sacrifice themselves for our freedoms, as many of you in the crowd have done, and will do in the future. This Patriot Ruck is an opportunity for the community to recognize those who serve, to meet them, and to walk beside them. This Monday, September 11th the nation will commemorate Patriot Day. Whether you served before the attacks of 9/11 or were inspired as a result of them, we as a nation owe you a debt of gratitude.” -LtCol Brian Mulvihill, United States Marine Corps #PatriotDay #NeverForget #UnitedWeStand #PatriotRuck #RuckToHonor #WinsForWarriors #UAFreedom (📸: J Singleton)A post shared by Kate Upton (@kateupton) on Sep 11, 2017 at 6:34am PDT

September 11th will always be a day of somber remembrance for me and my family! A day that changed the landscape of not only my city but my country and our world. I will never forget the feeling of vulnerability and helplessness as I watched the towers tumble onto the streets below. But I will also never forget that there were rave souls who rushed in ready to help recover and rebuild; some at the risk of losing everything themselves. I will always keep in my heart the feeling of patriotism that ran across our country in the months that followed and the soft smiles and kindness that seemed to spread in the aftermath. If you watch #sabrinatheteenagewitch and see me wearing an American flag on my neck, shirt, belt, etc, you know that was after 9/11 in 2001/2002! I pray for the families that grieve that they may find comfort and may we remember that we are all human beings that deserve to live in peace! 🇺🇸#neverforgetA post shared by Melissa Joan Hart (@melissajoanhart) on Sep 11, 2017 at 4:57am PDT

We're still putting human beings out in the elements so viewers in the Midwest can get a taste of what the wind speed is like.
We have an update on the tragic passing of Eric Chase Bolling, Jr.
The son of former Fox News anchor Eric Bolling, this 19-year old died on Friday, mere hours after his father was let go by the aforementioned cable network due to a texting scandal.
The elder Bolling had been suspended a month earlier amidst accusations that he sent explicit photos of his genitalia to a trio of female co-workers a few days ago.
We don't bring this up to embarrassment Bolling.
Or to add insult to very painful personal injury or anything.
But insider tell TMZ that the death of Bolling's son was connected to his father's professional scandal.
Following initial report that Bolling Jr. killed himself, TMZ updated its website to allege that the teenager actually overdosed on drugs of some kind.
According to sources close to the situation, Eric Chase was "destroyed" internally as a result of what transpired between his dad and Fox News.
The senior Bolling was well aware that his son was struggling with the situation, which is why he agreed to part ways with his employer earlier than previously planned.
He wanted to spare his loved ones any further exposure to this ordeal.
Tragically, however, it was too late.
Eric Chase was reportedly found dead in his bed at home on Friday afternoon, with the covers pulled up over his body as if he were simply fast asleep.
There was no suicide note. There were no pill bottles found at the scene. Nor was there any drug paraphernalia.
The details around this death remain a mystery.
Still, TMZ writes that "the operating theory" at the moment remains that Eric Chase died from an overdose.
As one source tells the celebrity gossip website: "19-year-olds just don't go to sleep and not wake up."
Eric Sr. learned of his son's death just two hours after he parted ways with Fox News.
A toxicology report and an autopsy will be conducted at some point this week, both of which ought to provide more information on this tragic passing.
For now, we continue to send our condolences to Eric Bolling and his family.
Eric Bolling, Jr. was he and his wife's only child.
Joseph Duggar is the latest member of that famous family to be off the market - and know what kissing a member of the opposite set feels like.
In short, it's not terrible.
When you have 19 kids like Jim Bob and Michelle, there will come a point where a lot of them come of age around the same time.
Such as the case with the next generation of Duggars these days, as there seems to be a wedding or a baby every time you turn around.
Even so, Joseph Duggar (like his sister Joy-Anna Duggar, who also wed this year) fast-tracked his relationship more than most it seems.
The 22-year-old, the seventh child of Jim-Bob and Michelle Duggar, married his 18-year-old fiancée Kendra Caldwell on Friday.
They'd been engaged less than four months and courting just a few months before that after Joseph stole Kendra from Jedidiah.
No matter what you think of that timeline, he's now the sixth Counting On cast member to get married ... and you know what that means!
Full. Frontal. Hugs.
We kid, but like other Duggars (with the possible exception of Joy-Anna having premarital sex), the wedding was a first in that respect.
"We are happily married now and just got done with the ceremony," Joe said in a video posted by TLC, in which he described his first kiss.
"That was ..." he began.
"Amazing," Kendra said.
There's more where that came from, you two. Just wait. The Christmas baby announcement is going to be really special, too.
"You always have expectations of the first kiss but it blew all those expectations away," said the newly-married Duggar.
"I think when we said, 'I do' inside our vows and everything, I think it really was a super sweet time and it was, I think just made it more real."
Holding off on physical affection or even hand-holding until it's official certainly will increase the anticipation levels of the big day.
Whether it's a smart relationship "rule" in general or counterproductive is subject to some debate, but we'll leave that for another time.
Naturally, even before Joseph Duggar married Kendra Caldwell, he said he began crying when he saw her walk down the aisle.
She wore a white cap sleeve wedding gown with a sparkling bodice, similar to the dress his sister Jessa Duggar wore in 2014.
Joseph said that in addition to more kissing, he's looking forward to raising a family with Kendra and to "serve the Lord as we please."
In other words, expect a lot of little ones for Jim Bob to talk about at his seminar on grandparenting, which is somehow a thing.
Joe proposed to Kendra at sister Joe-Anna Duggar and Austin Forsyth's wedding in May (Joy was in on it and helped plan it).
Two weeks ago, Joy announced that she's already expecting her first child, becoming the youngest Duggar to get pregnant.
She's only been married 15 weeks, so she and Austin clearly wasted little time ... sparking a slew of shotgun wedding rumors.
Josh, Jill, Jessa and Jinger are also married; Jinger wed Jeremy Vuolo last fall and has yet to get pregnant, astonishingly.
