Italian fashion blogger and designer Chiara Ferragni married longtime Italian musician beau and X-Factor Italia judge Fedez Leonardo Lucia in a ceremony that was just as glamorous as they are. And it was very well documented on social media.
The couple, who share five-month-old son Leone Lucia, made things official during an insanely beautiful wedding in Sicily on Saturday surrounded by family and friends. And every detail, from her dress to the flowers, was more extravagant than the last.
An arbor made of hanging pink and white roses and branches of baby’s breath? Check. A sprawling reception room with walls covered in sparkling lights and glass circular tables stuffed with roses? Double check. A six-tier wedding cake with hand-painted gold leaf reproductions of the bride’s second dress? Yup. A firework show worthy of the Fourth of July? Sure, why not. And an after-party carnival with a carousel, Ferris wheel, ice sculptures, souvenir mugs, a live concert, and plus toy prize dolls of the newlyweds? Obviously!

Ferragni — who founded the website The Blonde Salad in 2009, has her own namesake fashion line and has modeled for everyone from Dior to SK-II — wore not one, not two, but three stunning custom Dior gowns for the occasion.
Her first, for the ceremony, was a classic, romantic ballgown. While it appeared to one piece, it was actually a long-sleeve, turtleneck lace romper, worn under a semi-sheer full tule overskirt and plunging train. She paired it with custom white shoes, dazzled with her name on them.
Look No. 2, which Ferragni wore for the reception, was also a ballgown — though this one was a sleeveless off-white dress with custom embroidery including lyrics from the song Lucia wrote to propose and various symbols that have significance to the couple (like an image of a Lion for the couple’s son, monograms made of their initials, a heart on the bodice, and more).
For the final outfit, Ferragni changed into a mini dress, which appeared to be a convertible gown, with the same bodice top mixed with a circular tulle ballerina miniskirt.

As for her glam, the fashion star wore her hair in three different ways, first in a messy bun (with front pieces falling down), then down, and finally pulled back entirely in a ponytail. She went with a soft, natural look for her makeup, which was done by he Manuel Mameli.
The groom, 28, stayed in a classic tuxedo throughout, which he wore without a tie. As the night went on, he lost his jacket.
And of course, Ferragni’s bridal party also got the high-fashion treatment. Each bridesmaid wore custom Alberta Ferretti gowns, which were made of sustainable fabrics, according to a post from the star.

But the days leading up to the nuptials were just as extravagant as the main event, all of which Ferragni shared with her 14 million followers on on Instagram.
The model arrived in Sicily on Thursday for fittings and to secure the last minute details before Fedez and their guests flew to Italy on a private commercial-size airplane.
Celebrations then began with the couple’s rehearsal dinner on Friday, at which Ferragni sported a sparkling pink and gold custom Prada dress, while Fedez sported a white button-down shirt with their custom “Ferragnez” logo on it.
The couple arrived at the dinner surrounded by a crowd of fans, for whom they stopped and posed for photos.
And if you wish you could have been one of the guests witnessing the star-studded weekend, you’ll soon be able to see what went down behind-the-scenes, thanks to a documentary that Ferragni is creating of the lavish event (part one is already out, showing everything leading up to the big day).

The Milan-based couple (they also spend time in New York City and Los Angeles) got engaged in May 2017 on stage during one of Fedez’s performances in Verona, Italy, where Ferragni was also celebrating her 30th birthday.
Fedez sang to his then-girlfriend, and proceeded to get down on one knee to propose to her — and present her with a blinding round diamond.
This past March, the pair gave birth to a baby boy, Leone, who is also in Sicily with them and attended their nuptials.
A wedding was on the menu for Katie Lee on Saturday.
The Food Network star, 36, and television producer Ryan Biegel got married, PEOPLE can exclusively report, in a ceremony attended by family and friends and filled with emotion.
It’s the second marriage for Lee, who was previously married to music star Billy Joel from 2004-2010.
Days before their big day, Lee and Beigel were in Capri, Italy — where they soaked up the final days of summer (and swam on a pizza float, of course).

Lee and Biegel announced their engagement back in March. He had popped the question while she was vacation in Paris.
“It was very romantic,” Lee — who co-hosts The Kitchen on the network as well as Katie Lee Eats Meats, in Sweats — told PEOPLE earlier this month. “We were going out to dinner to one of my favorite restaurants, and I thought that it was coming. We’re on the trip, like I kind of thought, ‘Listen we’re in Paris and we’re taking the Orient Express to Venice. If he doesn’t propose on this trip, he’ll really miss a great opportunity.’”
And just as she predicted, on their second night staying at La Reserve Hotel, Biegel took advantage of the perfect setting and popped the question. After she said “yes,” they went to dinner and “gorged” on chicken and duck fat potatoes.

Food has been at the center of her relationship with Biegel from the beginning. “That’s really what brought us together and that’s what we enjoy the most,” said Lee. “I think just going through life with somebody who I share a similar idea of how we want to live, you know? We really have fun together and aside from all the love stuff, we really like each other.”
“We like to do the same things,” she added. “Last night we went out on a date to a place called Din Tai Fung, a dumpling house, and ate a ton of dumplings. That’s the type of thing we like to do together. We’ll read about somewhere, and then we’ll go and we’ll pig out, and we’ll have a lot of fun.”
And though she kept wedding plans a secret at the time, Lee did promise the big day would include one thing for sure: “You can plan on there being a lot of good food and wine,” she said.
George W. Bush Passing Michelle Obama Candy at John McCain’s Funeral Is the Internet’s New Favorite MomentFormer First Lady Michelle Obama and former President George W. Bush shared a sweet moment today during Senator John McCain's funeral. Michelle and former President Barack Obama sat...
Yes, this headline is real.
Yes, this incident really happened.
On Friday afternoon, Ariane Grande was one of a multitude of celebrities who touched down in Detroit to pay tribute to Aretha Franklin.
The 25-year-old artist performed the Queen of Soul's hit "(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman" at the service, which was live-streamed across the Internet.
After this incredible rendition, Bishop Charles H. Ellis III greeted Grande after her performance, talked glowingly about the singer...
... and sort of rubbed her breast while he did so.
It was impossible to miss. Videos such as the footage featured on this page quickly circulated around the Web, earning widespread backlash against the Bishop.
"I don't care what you think about Ariana Grande, her music or her dress," tweeted feminist author, journalist and public speaker Mona Eltahawy, referring to different backlash over the singer's mini dress.
"This is wrong. That bishop's hand should not be on her breast."
We'd say so.
Following the outrage that quickly formed in response to this incident, the preacher told the Associated Press the following:
"It would never be my intention to touch any woman's breast."
"I don't know, I guess I put my arm around her.
"Maybe I crossed the border, maybe I was too friendly or familiar but again, I apologize...I hug all the female artists and the male artists. Everybody that was up, I shook their hands and hugged them.
"That's what we are all about in the church. We are all about love.
"The last thing I want to do is to be a distraction to this day. This is all about Aretha Franklin."
Yes, somehow, we've reached the point in society where a preacher has to issue a mea culpa for groping a young singer's boob at a funeral.
"I personally and sincerely apologize to Ariana and to her fans and to the whole Hispanic community," Ellis later said in his interview, concluding:
"When you're doing a program for nine hours you try to keep it lively, you try to insert some jokes here and there."
Watch the REALLY creepy grope now.

“She just loves being her mom,” the source explained. “She says the best thing to happen to her is Stormi. She is crazy about her little girl.”
Making her love for her 6-month-old daughter abundantly clear, Jenner kicked off her birthday festivities by sweetly calling her baby girl “my most special gift.”
Sen. John McCain‘s Washington, D.C. funeral was a bipartisan affair, bringing together politicians on both sides of the aisle — including McCain’s previous presidential opponents, former President Barack Obama and former President George W. Bush who both gave a touching eulogies.
But among the emotional words shared and the tears shed was one sweet moment between Bush and former First Lady Michelle Obama.
During former Sen. Joe Lieberman’s eulogy to his longtime friend, cameras caught the 43rd president grabbing a piece of candy (or a mint) from his wife, former First Lady Laura Bush, and passing it to Ms. Obama.
She was grateful for the treat, mouthing the words “thank you” to the Bushes with a smile.

The kind gesture became on of the viral moments of the funeral, which took place at the Washington National Cathedral.
It was spread on social media, one user explaining, “I’d like to think that moments like this between W. Bush and Michelle Obama are what McCain was hoping for.”
“George W. Bush sneaking a piece of candy to Michelle Obama is warming my heart,” said another.
McCain asked both Bush and Obama to give eulogies at his funeral, something they both joked about considering they they has bested him in elections (Bush in the 2000 Republican primary and Obama in the 2008 presidential election).
“Back in the day he could frustrate me, and I know he’d say the same thing about me. But he also made me better,” Bush remarked, adding that “in recent years” their “rivalry melted away.”
“We sometimes talked of that intense period like football players remembering a big game. In the process, rivalry melted away. In the end I got to enjoy one of life’s great gifts: the friendship of John McCain. And I’ll miss him,” the former president added.
Following Bush’s remarks, Obama opened up about how the pair’s differing opinions, which “were often deep,” didn’t get in the way of their respect for each other.
“We talked about policy, and we talked about family, and we talked about the state of our politics. And our disagreements didn’t go away during these private conversations. Those were real, they were often deep. But we enjoyed the time we shared away from the bright lights,” he said.
“We laughed with each other and we learned from each other,” Obama continued, adding that the pair “never doubted” that “when all was said and done we were on the same team.”
The event marked the end of a five-day, cross-country procession from Arizona that culminated in memorial services at the U.S. Capitol on Friday morning.
The late senator and war hero will be buried in the cemetery at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, after a private memorial service.

The Good Morning America co-host and her boyfriend of two years tech entrepreneur Rick McVey said their “I dos” on Saturday in an outdoor ceremony in Vail, Colorado, surround by 135 friends and family members.
Spencer first met McVey after a mutual friend set them up on a blind date. McVey is the founder, chairman and CEO of MarketAxess, a publicly traded and successful financial technology company. He popped the question in January.
This is the second marriage for both. Spencer shares two teenage children daughter Katharine and son Duff with ex husband David Haffenreffer while McVey is also dad to three grown daughters with his ex.
Video from the ceremony was posted on Instagram by PEOPLE’s Editor-in-Chief Jess Cagle.
Spencer’s son Duff walked her down the aisle — wearing a dark suit, white shirt and pink tie — while Christina Perri’s song “A Thousand Years” played in the background.

The younger brother of Shan’ann Watts says that he had always worried about his big sister and her daughters living in Colorado, because he wouldn’t be around to keep them from harm.
In an emotional statement read aloud at Shan’ann’s funeral, Frankie Rzucek remembered his big sister as being an ambitious, loving woman who couldn’t wait to become a mom.
From a young age, I always knew my sister was going to be successful — and nothing would stand in her way,” Rzucek’s statement read. “She was born to be a mother. Boy, was she ready! Closets were full even before she knew she was pregnant. She couldn’t wait. She was my mom, times ten — whether either one of them wanted to admit it. She had ambition in her eyes and wanted a great life for her children and herself.”
Rzucek went on to say that his sister excelled at motherhood. “They were always well-dressed and well mannered,” he wrote. “She taught them to be brave and independent, just like Shan’ann. She was very successful and independent, before any man came along — and that’s just the way she wanted it.”
But despite Shan’ann’s independence, Rzucek was always concerned about the distance between them.
“I always worried about her and the girls being so far because I couldn’t protect them,” he wrote. “Growing up, she was a perfect role model. She had a lot of friends and was very popular, which made it hard for me being her little brother trying to protect her from heartbreak and other things. She moved out at 18 and never looked back.”
Frankie did not mention Shan’ann’s husband, Chris Watts, who is accused of murdering his entire family. He has previously lashed out at Chris, calling him a “heartless psychopath” and saying that he “stole my whole world.”
Chris Watts has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder as well as other charges in the deaths of his wife and two daughters, Bella, 4. and Celeste, 3. He is being held without bond at the Weld County Jail. He has not yet entered a plea.

In an interview with police, Chris Watts claimed that he only strangled his wife after he saw her on the baby monitor strangling their two children — a claim that police have said they do not believe.
As the case against Chris Watts continues, Shan’ann’s family continues to mourn the woman who seemed to have the life everyone envied. “She was ready to take on the world, and we know she did,” Frankie Rzucek concluded in his statement. “I love you always, your brother, Frankie.”
It’s family vacation time!
While snuggled up beside her daughter True on a private plane, Khloé Kardashian shared on Saturday that she was embarking on a family trip with her boyfriend Tristan Thompson, her mother Kris Jenner and Jenner’s boyfriend Corey Gamble.
The 34-year-old Good American co-founder and Keeping Up with the Kardashians star posted a video on her Instagram Story of the happy bunch spending time together as they kicked off their latest adventure.
“Family vacay,” Thompson called out during the clip.
“Hi everyone,” the mother of one added, as she showed off her mother hanging out on the opposite end of the plane.
An hour later, she shared another adorable video of her 4-month-old daughter — as well as her boyfriend — getting a little shut eye before the plane landed.
While baby True slept in her mother’s arms, Thompson, 27, was curled up in his own seat nearby.
Kardashian teased the upcoming vacation on Friday, sharing multiple videos from a wild night she spent with her mother earlier this year.
“I can’t wait to spend the weekend with you @krisjenner,” she wrote alongside one of the clips.
It is not immediately clear whether any other members of the famous family will be joining the Revenge Body host and her mother. On Saturday morning, Kim Kardashian West shared multiple videos of her daily workout.

Since returning to Los Angeles this summer following the birth of their daughter, Kardashian and Thompson have seemed inseparable, frequently spending time together as a family of three while still finding time to step out as a couple.
Although Kardashian and Thompson’s relationship was rocked after news of a cheating scandal broke just two days before the birth of their daughter, a source recently told PEOPLE that the couple are in a good place right now.
“She’s needed some relaxing time, and time with Tristan,” said the source after the couple returned from Mexico. “And she deserves it! She’s the best mom and is so devoted to True.”
“She’s glad things are going well with Tristan,” the source explained, adding, “She can forgive him and move on, but I don’t think she’ll ever forget.”
Gloria Govan, a woman mostly known to the public at large for having sizable breasts and for having slept with a handful of professional athletes, is in trouble with the law.
According to TMZ, Govan was arrested on Friday on a charge of felony child endangerment.
This is what sources say went down...
Based on Govan's custody arrangement with ex-husband and former NBA forward Matt Barnes, the latter was scheduled to pick up his and Gloria's kids from school on Friday.
Barnes was then the parent legally determined to be spending Labor Day Weekend with the childen.
HOWEVER, Govan apparently had other ideas.
She showed up about five minutes before the final school bell rang and put her two sons in her car.
Not long afterward, Barnes arrived and told his boys to get into his car because, again, it was his turn to spend a few days with him.
The kids reportedly acquiesced and got into the car with their dad.
It was at this point, TMZ writes, that Govan "flew into a rage," screaming and cursing and even blocking the path of Barnes' car.
A witness to the ugly scene promptly called 911.
Govan was subsequently arrested for child endangerment and also violating a court order.
After police her Gloria to jail, they allowed Barnes take the kids after he showed them paperwork that proved he had custody this weekend.
Govan was eventually released after posting $100,000 bail.
The Basketball Wives star split from Barnes in 2014 after nearly two years of marriage.
The divorce was finalized in 2016.
Before this legal break-up was complete, however, Govan started to date Derek Fisher (pictured below), an ex-teammate of Barnes and a multiple-time NBA champion.
In June of last year, Fisher and Govan got into a serious car accident, with rumors running rampant that the crash was caused because Govan was giving Fisher a blow job while he was driving.
We cannot verify this story, however.
The oral sex part, we mean. The crash definitely happened.
Prior to this incident, Barnes drove to Fisher's house and punched him in the face because he was angry over Derek's romance with his ex-wife.
In her latest Instagram post, final to her arrest, Govan wrote the following:
Let me tell y’all something… there isn’t a person on this earth that isn’t struggling with something! I don’t care how much money, success, or followers anyone has.
We all have problems. You’re not alone. Trust me. Don’t let peoples filtered pictures fool you. God has equipped you, HE has prepared you for everyday. Each day is ordered by him.
You’re going to be ok!!! You will get through this. Trust in your purpose and don’t be afraid to ask for help.

Meghan McCain stood strong and bravely in front of hundreds of mourners on Saturday morning in Washington D.C. and have a moving eulogy to her heroic father.
The View co-host was one of several speaks at the emotional event, which paid tribute to U.S. Senatior John McCain, the former prisoner of war and Presidential candidate who died last week at the age of 81.
He passed away from brain cancer.
While recognizing all her dad accomplished in her life and all he stood for, Meghan couldn't help but contrast her father with the man who currently resides in the White House.
No, she did not mention President Trump by name.
But you can decide whether certain passages of her eulogy were written with him in mind.
“The America of John McCain is generous and welcoming and bold,” she said.
“She is resourceful and confident and secure. She meets her responsibilities, She speaks quietly because she is strong. America does not boast because she has no need to.
The America of John McCain has no need to be great again because America was always great.”
At this last sentence, the crowd erupted in applause.
But Meghan wasn't done, not after President Trump had shown such disrespect over the past few weeks by slamming her dad in stump speeches while he suffered from a fatal disease.
And not after he refused to fly the American Flag at the White House at half-staff all week long.
“We live in an era where we knock down old American heroes for all their imperfections. When no leader wants to admit to fault or failure,” Meghan said, addressing her dad as follows:
“You were an exception, and you gave us an ideal to strive for. Look, I know you can see this gathering here in this cathedral. The nation is here to remember you.”
President Obama also spoke at the funeral, which Trump did not attend, mentioning at one point how politicis today is full of people who are small, mean, petty and grounded in insult.
He talked about "phony controversy" and "manufacturing outrage."
We wonder about whom he was speaking.
Click PLAY on the video featured here to excerpts from Meghan McCain's eulogy.
Although neither President Donald Trump nor his wife Melania Trump were in attendance at Sen. John McCain’s memorial service in Washington D.C. on Saturday, his daughter Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner both made an appearance.
Before the ceremony at Washington National Cathedral began, the pair were seen arriving together.
Ivanka, 36, was also spotted giving a hug to Sen. Lindsey Graham, who was a close friend of McCain, reported Axois.
The outlet also reported that the service was attended by other members of the Trump administration including White House Chief of Staff John Kelly and Defense Secretary Jim Mattis.
— Fox News (@FoxNews) September 1, 2018
President Trump, meanwhile, was tweeting.
As the procession was moving McCain’s casket from the U.S. Capitol to the Washington National Cathedral, the former Celebrity Apprentice host sent out tweets about the attacks on the ongoing investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election.
During the funeral, he tweeted about the NAFTA negotiations, threatening to cut Canada out of the deal. Trump also left the White House to travel to his golf course in Virginia during the funeral, Time reported.
There is no political necessity to keep Canada in the new NAFTA deal. If we don’t make a fair deal for the U.S. after decades of abuse, Canada will be out. Congress should not interfere w/ these negotiations or I will simply terminate NAFTA entirely & we will be far better off…
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) September 1, 2018
….Remember, NAFTA was one of the WORST Trade Deals ever made. The U.S. lost thousands of businesses and millions of jobs. We were far better off before NAFTA – should never have been signed. Even the Vat Tax was not accounted for. We make new deal or go back to pre-NAFTA!
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) September 1, 2018
Reports have varied as to whether the president was invited to Sen. McCain’s funeral. White House sources told the Associated Press that McCain’s family asked Trump not to attend — he and the late senator having had a rocky history in the past. However, a McCain family source previously told PEOPLE the longtime politician did not prohibit Trump from attending his funeral.
“John had a feud with the president, and it got pretty intense, but I never heard anyone in the family say John banned Trump, and he never said that to me,” the source told PEOPLE. “John didn’t ban Trump. John could be spiteful, and he loved a good fight, but he wouldn’t do something like that.”
A second family source added: “I didn’t hear John say it. But I wouldn’t be surprised if John didn’t want Trump there.”
RELATED VIDEO: John McCain Returns to Washington for the Final Time for Memorial Service and Burial
Still, President Trump hasn’t exactly appeared overly sympathetic towards the McCain family.
Backlash ensued and, after initially addressing Sen. John McCain‘s death with a two-sentence tweet, Trump released a full statement later on Monday announcing that the White House flag would return to half-staff and that Vice President Mike Pence will represent his administration at funeral services.
“Despite our differences on policy and politics, I respect Senator John McCain’s service to our country and, in his honor, have signed a proclamation to fly the flag of the United States at half-staff until the day of his interment,” Trump said.
The proclamation follows suit with similar actions taken by Obama — when Sen. Ted Kennedy died in 2009 and Sen. Daniel Inouye died in 2012. In both cases, Obama asked that flags remain at half-staff until the evening of their interment.
In addition to being attended by members of the longtime politician’s family including his daughter Meghan McCain and mother Roberta McCain, Sen. McCain’s service was attended by many Republicans and Democrats alike — including Barack Obama, George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton and Al Gore.
Ivanka and her husband were also on hand to hear a few pointed comments Meghan, 33, made about President Trump during her emotional eulogy for her father.
“The America of John McCain is generous and welcoming and bold,” Meghan said. “She is resourceful and confident and secure. She meets her responsibilities, She speaks quietly because she is strong. America does not boast because she has no need to. The America of John McCain has no need to be great again because America was always great.”
There was also a reference to Trump’s previously criticism of McCain. “We live in an era where we knock down old American heroes for all their imperfections. When no leader wants to admit to fault or failure,” Meghan said, then talking to her father. “You were an exception, and you gave us an ideal to strive for. Look, I know you can see this gathering here in this cathedral. The nation is here to remember you.”
There are so many occasions that a person needs to attend nowadays. I simply cannot keep up with them. Where do app launches rank on the event hierarchy? Are they above baby reveal parties, but below anniversaries? And what is the dress code like? The amount of anxiety I receive when needing to decide what to wear to an event is nearly crippling. It does not even need to be a big event, it could just be a family barbecue. I still have to ask my brother what he is going to show up in so that I am neither over nor under dressed.
I do not know if Demi Rose goes through anything similar when she is trying to decide how much cleavage to show, but I pray that she is given wisdom to help her bear that burden. I think I might just become the guy that wears a suit to every occasion. The first couple of birthday parties might be weird, but eventually people will get used to it. It isn’t like I am doing anything that out of the ordinary. Dudes used to wear suits all the time. I’ll just be bringing it back.
