David Henrie, the guy from Wizards of Waverly Place, brought a loaded gun to LAX. Not a smart move to do any time of the year. Definitely not a smart move the week of 9/11 when everyone is on edge about that kind of stuff.
Henrie was arrested and taken in for questioning, but released later that day. Following the incident, he put out a statement on Twitter.
— David Henrie (@DavidHenrie) September 10, 2018
Henrie statement reads:
I take responsibility for the situation at LAX today. I intentionally brought my legally owned gun which is restored in my name to the airport. I am so sorry for any trouble it cause, but I am appreciative of TSA’s efforts in implementing the safety laws that are in place to protect our beautiful country. More than anything I am humiliated and embarrassed that this even happened. But am thankful to the TSA, LAPD and all involved today for their kindness and their professionalism during this process
The LAXPD thanked him for breaking the law.
@DavidHenrie it’s unfortunate you had to meet our officers under these circumstances but we appreciate your professionalism and thanking the police officers for doing their jobs not something we hear a lot of lately. Safe travels & God Bless.

This is the most white privilege bullshit I’ve ever seen. If anyone else brings a gun to the airport, they aren’t on Twitter apologizing hours later. They are getting a cavity search from hell.
Ariel Winter agrees. Sort of.
So…you didn’t notice the *loaded* gun in your bag when you were packing for the airport????? In other words…why was your gun not stored safely in a place where you knew where it was and why in the fuck was it loaded??
— Ariel Winter (@arielwinter1) September 11, 2018
I’m on #TeamAriel which is really just #TeamCommonSense. How do you not notice a loaded handgun when you’re packing? The rallying cry of gun owners is that they always know where their gun is so if anyone breaks in, they will be ready to fire. This is a bad look for gun owners.
Ban guns and ban stupid people.

Fans were shocked by the news that Jeff Lewis and Jenni Pulos have parted ways after a nearly 20-year friendship. And even though she will remain his co-star on season 11 of Flipping out, within the first few minutes of the premiere, tensions between the pair seemed to be running high.
At the beginning of the episode, Lewis informed his viewers Pulos had been on maternity leave for six months after giving birth to her daughter Georgia Grace. While she was gone, a new employee, Tyler Meyerkorth, stepped in as Lewis’s assistant and worked five to six days a week.
“Really he’s become kind of my right-hand man,” Lewis said in the episode. “The only issue is, Jenni is back.”
Lewis said Pulos would have a more flexible work schedule, only coming in three-and-a-half to four days per week and taking Wednesdays off to be with her kids. (She also shares daughter Alianna, 5, with husband Jonathan Nassos.)
“In a way, it was so insane that she even made it into this world that every time I look at her and every breath and every moment, I want to savor it,” Pulos said of her younger daughter who was conceived through IVF after a difficult pregnancy journey documented on the show.
“I want to be there for it,” Pulos added. “So I will always be torn working and leaving my children. It’s bittersweet.”
In the episode, Pulos tried to get down to business on a car ride with Lewis and Meyerkorth, and remindied Lewis that his windows will be dropped off the following day, only to learn Meyerkorth had already coordinated a delivery.
“Tyler is 2.0 me,” Pulos said in the awkward moment. “And I’m just…not sure.”
Later, Lewis proposed that Meyerkorth become his permanent full-time assistant and Pulos take on a new position in the company—an idea that made Pulos visibly uncomfortable.
When the three went to lunch with one of their regular clients, Heather Madden, Lewis announced that Pulos would be receiving “a promotion.”
“Is there more money with that, then?” Madden asked.
“No, we just give them a nicer title and they’re happy,” Lewis responded.
“I wouldn’t say it’s a promotion,” Lewis said in an on-screen interview. “I think it’s a ‘You’ve been here for a long time. Let’s find a spot for you.'”
However, Pulos told the cameras she would “take it as a promotion.”
“Tyler seems to be doing very well with all the duties of being Jeff’s Girl Friday, if you will,” Pulos added.
Madden, Lewis and Pulos began brainstorming ideas for Pulos’ new title, with suggestions for a marketing job, a managerial role, and an “ambassador” for Jeff Lewis Design.
“What do you call the position of somebody who has to play clean-up after you’ve come in and fired your client?” Madden asked. “That’s what Jenni would be really good at.”
Ultimately, they decided on VIP Client Liaison, a title he unveiled at the mandatory dinner for his staff members at the end of the episode.

Throughout the premiere, Pulos still accompanied Lewis and Meyerkorth to all of their construction sites and seemingly acted as his right-hand woman. When Lewis asked her to come up with awards for the company dinner, she smiled and agreed. The group brainstormed awards for “most likely to get fired” and “most likely to quit,” before Pulos threw out they should hand someone an award for “most likely to never leave.”
“I think you’re kind of a shoe-in for that,” Lewis told Pulos, in a statement that’s now been contradicted by news of the longtime friends’ falling out.
On September 6, PEOPLE exclusively reported that Pulos had parted ways with Jeff Lewis Design and ended their nearly 20-year friendship, according to a source.
Following a huge fight between the two, which will reportedly air during this season of Flipping Out, the pair haven’t spoken at all. “It’s sad,” one source said. “They used to be inseparable but their differences just got too big to overcome.”
Lewis spoke out about the split on his SiriusXM radio show, Jeff Lewis Live, on September 7, alleging that Pulos hasn’t worked at his house flipping company for several seasons, and they had been faking their working relationship while filming the show.
In the same segment, Lewis claims that Pulos had reported him for “abuse and victimization,” to Bravo and Flipping Out’s production company, Authentic Entertainment — charges he says he was cleared of — and later for wrongful termination and creating “a hostile working environment.”
“Her making this claim, it put my entire career in jeopardy. My family, my livelihood, everything,” Lewis said, speculating that his Bravo show would likely be cancelled. “I just lost my job. I’m pretty sure of that.”
(Reps for Bravo and Pulos had no comment, while reps for Authentic Entertainment did not respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.)
Despite the focus on find Pulos a new role upon her return during the season 11 premiere, Lewis wants to set the record straight that their split didn’t have anything to do with maternity leave.
“She doesn’t work for me seven months out of the year,” he said during the radio show segment. “She’s not employed by me. I don’t pay her. She’s not on my payroll. That is one of the things that is a problem for me because I do try to live my life in an authentic way. Living in fear, reacting out of fear, I was afraid that if she left my office, people wouldn’t watch.”
Flipping Out airs Tuesday nights at 10PM on Bravo.
A former Texas school employee is charged with sexual assault of a child after allegedly telling authorities she lost her virginity to a 15-year-old student, PEOPLE confirms.
Hannah Parisa Siboyeh of Houston, who was 23 at the time the alleged sexual relationship with the student began in July 2017, also is charged with having an improper relationship with a student, according to court documents submitted by the Harris County District Attorney’s Office and obtained by PEOPLE show
According to those documents, Siboyeh said the alleged relationship involved “one mistake after another.”
Siboyeh is free after posting $10,000 bond following her arrest Friday, and was ordered Monday to avoid contact with the boy and his family while keeping 200 feet away from any child care center, school or home where the boy resides, reports the Houston Chronicle.
Authorities learned about the alleged relationship on April 5, 2018, when another student tipped off an assistant principal in the Cypress Fairbanks Independent School District, according to the court documents.
At the time, Siboyeh worked as a paraprofessional at Labay Middle School in Houston, the documents state. The tipster allegedly told a school district police officer that while visiting the 15-year-old’s house, the tipster saw Siboyeh and the 15-year-old “lying in bed together and that weird noises would be coming from the room,” the court documents state.

Further investigation revealed the pair were allegedly engaged in a “boyfriend and girlfriend type relationship” as described by another witness, who alleged to law enforcement “she knew that they were also having sex with one another,” according to the court documents.
Prosecutors say the 15-year-old’s sister also confirmed to police that her brother “told her that he was having a sexual relationship” with Siboyeh.
When confronted by police at the middle school, Siboyeh allegedly “started crying and stated that she lost her virginity to” the teen, according to the court documents, which add: “She admitted that she loved with all of her heart. She described the relationship as one mistake after another and admitted that it was her fault because she was the grownup and was older.”
Siboyeh allegedly told police the sexual encounters began in July 2017, and occurred at the teenager’s home, in a park and at the Palace Inn motel. Police later verified that Siboyeh had rented a motel room on July 17 and 20 for two hours each.
Several “explicit images” and video of what an officer “believes to be the two having sexual intercourse” consistent with Siboyeh’s statements also turned up on her cell phone, the court documents allege.
An attorney for Siboyeh who might speak on her behalf was not immediately identified.
Siboyeh has been removed from her job, according to a statement from the school district, which said she was a substitute teacher in 2014 prior to her employment as a paraprofessional, reports the Houston Chronicle.
“Authorities notified us last spring of an alleged inappropriate relationship between a Labay Middle School paraprofessional staff member and a former student,” said the district’s statement.
“Due to the seriousness of the allegation, the staff member was immediately removed from campus. Law enforcement conducted a full investigation that led to an off-campus arrest. These actions are not representative of Labay Middle School or CFISD employee standards of conduct.”
Siboyeh is due back in court on Nov. 8.
Amanda Stanton was arrested very early morning in Las Vegas on a battery domestic violence charge.
Her sort of sultry and likely quite intoxicated mug shot, along with details from the incident, are below...
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the 28-year-old former Bachelor suitor and Bachelor in Paradise contestant was taken into custody around 3:15 a.m. due to an alleged altercation between her and her boyfriend, Bobby Jacobs.
Insiders tell TMZ that Stanton was drinking late into the night as part of a co-ed bachelorette party.
The gathering, which included Jacobs, ended up in a hotel room after the group had been out and about for hours beforehand.
Law enforcement tell the aforementioned celebrity gossip website that security arrived at the room at one point in response to a noise complaint.
Jacobs was reportedly talking to a guard when Stanton (who was far from sober) attempted to intervene and shoved her boyfriend in the process.
This is why the security guard called the police.
Stanton was charged with misdemeanor domestic violence and was released later on Monday.
Sources say, however, that she and Jacobs are still together and on perfectly fine terms.
They both think someone slipped something into Amanda's drink, which prompted her to act in this unusually violent manner.
Stanton has not yet commented on what transpired, but she did share photos on Instagram over the weekend from the Vegas adventure, writing at one point:
"All 3 of us have had Bachelorette parties but only one of us is actually getting married… #pregamingpavlis."
The veteran ABC personality - who appeared on season 20 of The Bachelor and seasons 3 and 4 of Bachelor in Paradise - was in Sin City for a bachelorette party with friends, including fellow Bachelor contestant Lauren Bushnell.
The mother of two actually agreed to marry Josh Murray at one point, only for that romance to end in December of 2016.
She also briefly dated Bachelor in Paradise Season 4 star Robby Hayes, and was mentioned on the program just last night after Hayes made a surprise appearance on Season 5.
Almost immediately, a male contestant warned the women on the island that Hayes had supposedly cheated in Stanton, an allegation he has denied.
As an actress, Stanton has appeared in The Cheetah Girls 2 and Merry Christmas, Drake & Josh.
As a love interest of Jacobs, she started dating her current beau after he slid into her direct messages, saying the following to Us Weekly two months ago:
"We don’t really have a great story.
"I wish we had a more exciting story. We were saying that we should just say we met at the dog park or something...
"I guess it’s pretty normal these days. It just is funny to say."
Well, folks, it turns out there's more to Norm MacDonald than just live-tweeting play-by-play updates of whatever sporting event he happens to be watching at the moment.
It seems he also has other interests, such as pissing off the entirety of Twitter and torpedoing his own career.
Despite the fact that his post-SNL television career has consisted of one flop after another, Norm is giving TV another shot with a new Netflix talk show.
And apparently, he's dying to keep his cancelation streak going because dude just shot himself in the foot about a dozen times in a single interview with The Hollywood Reporter.
Norm was asked a series of softball questions with very easy answers and he managed to strike out on each one.
Asked about the #MeToo movement, MacDonald had this to say:
"I'm happy the #MeToo movement has slowed down a little bit. It used to be, 'One hundred women can't be lying.'
"And then it became, 'One woman can't lie.' And that became, 'I believe all women.' And then you're like, 'What?' Like, that Chris Hardwick guy I really thought got the blunt end of the stick there."
As you may recall, Hardwick was accused of abuse by his ex-girlfriend, Chloe Dykstra.
Though no one really knows what went on in that relationship aside from those two, old Norm decided to take that leap for reasons that defy logic.
From there, Norm expressed some concerns about the perceived excesses of #MeToo:
"I do think that at some point it will end with a completely innocent person of prominence sticking a gun in his head and ending it. That's my guess," he said.
That led to a lengthy discussion of Roseanne Barr's racism and Louis C.K.'s habit of masturbating in front of unsuspecting women.
"And Roseanne was so broken up [after her show's reboot was canceled] that I got Louis to call her, even though Roseanne was very hard on Louis before that. But she was just so broken and just crying constantly," MacDonald said.
"There are very few people that have gone through what they have, losing everything in a day. Of course, people will go, 'What about the victims?'
"But you know what? The victims didn't have to go through that."
Yep. He went there.
Now, it's worth pointing out that in no way did Louis C.K. or Roseanne lose everything.
In fact, they both enjoy lives of almost unimaginable wealth and privilege.
Comedians like to think of themselves as some sort of secret society that's too dark and impenetrable for the rest of the world to ever understand, so Norm probably equates their inability to continue performing with death, or some such pretentious BS.
You'd think if MacDonald really feels that strongly about practicing his craft he'd be more careful about not stepping on landmines the week that his new show premieres.
But who knows, maybe this is some sort of Andy Kaufman-esque performance art piece and the whole world is too dumb to realize Norm's not just being an assh-le.
We kid, Norm is definitely just being an assh-le.
I’d expect any rose that I look at to have thorns. Thank goodness that Demi Rose is about as prickly as a plush blanket. I wouldn’t mind holding her. It seems to me that she’s subliminally hinting that she secretly desires a boat. Because hot ladies usually stand next to, and take pictures with objects of their obsession. Which all the more makes me wish I was the boat in the photograph. I’d give Demi a piggyback ride across the Atlantic Ocean if it meant being the recipient of her gentle caress like the edge of that boat she’s leaning on.
Demi is a ray of sunshine wrapped in a goldenrod bikini. She’s something like a seductive sunflower that found her way onto the sand. I believe that it is my duty to make sure that she gets all of the necessary praise and admiration during her stay on the shore. I’m printing flyers to hand out to the other beach goers to let them know of her presence. It would be nice if they stop by just for a stare. She’s too beautiful not to get a good gawk at.

French-born Moroccan actor Saïd Taghmaoui is probably most famous for playing Sameer in last year’s Wonder Woman, but he might make an even bigger leap into stardom thanks to being cast as the villain in the next Bond movie. The only potential roadblock to him actually appearing in the film, however, is that the director that cast him has been fired from the project.
In an interview with Abu Dhabi’s newspaper The National—reported on by Variety—Taghmaoui seemed very pragmatic about the whole thing, understanding that a new director may move in a different direction with the character…
“I’m supposed to do the next James Bond, playing the lead bad guy. I was cast by Danny Boyle, and just now he left the project, so of course there’s some uncertainty….
“We don’t know who the director will be, and the producers don’t know if they’re going to go Russian or Middle East with the baddie right now,” Taghmaoui added. “I literally just received a message saying: ‘If they go Middle East, it’s you. If they go Russian, it’s someone else.’ It’s the story of my life. Always on that line between something that could change my life and something that disappears.”
The big rumor coming out of Boyle’s firing was that it centered around his decision to change the villain from Russian to Middle Eastern, so unfortunately it seems that Taghmaoui may be SOL. Hopefully it’ll work out in his favor, but these Bond movie producers are awfully fickle and everything seems subject to change at any moment. We’ll keep you posted with the latest info as it comes in.
Don’t ask Robert Redford to stick around forever.
The veteran actor, 82, opened up about his decision to retire while promoting his latest film The Old Man and the Gun at the 2018 Toronto International Film Festival on Monday.
Redford, who spoke to Variety, said while he’s not sure his new film is the last one for him he knows for certain the end of the road is near.
“I can’t last forever,” he told the outlet.
The Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid addressed his decision to retire in late August at the Telluride Film Festival.
“The truth is that I really do feel that it’s time for me to move into retirement,” Redford said at the time. “I’ve been doing this since I was 21. I’ve put my soul and heart into it over the years. I thought, ‘That’s enough. Why don’t you quit while you’re a little bit ahead? Don’t wait for the bell to toll. Just get out.’”
He added, “So I felt my time had come and I couldn’t think of a better project to go out on than this film.”
The actor revealed to Entertainment Weekly in early August that he was retiring from acting saying, “Never say never, but I pretty well concluded that this would be it for me in terms of acting, and move towards retirement after this ‘cause I’ve been doing it since I was 21.”
“I thought, ‘Well, that’s enough.’ And why not go out with something that’s very upbeat and positive?” he added.
Redford made his Broadway debut in 1959 in Tall Story and hit the small screen with various roles in 1960. In the illustrious career that has followed, Redford has earned two Oscars, six Golden Globes, and one BAFTA, among several other accolades. He has starred in dozens of films, including Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, The Sting, The Great Gatsby, All the President’s Men, and Out of Africa.
He has directed critically acclaimed movies like A River Runs Through It and Ordinary People, and he founded the Sundance Institute.

While walking the Toronto International Film Festival red carpet for the premiere of his new film, The Old Man and the Gun, the 43-year-old Oscar winner gave an update on his brother to Entertainment Tonight.
“He’s doing great,” the actor said. “He’s in rehab and he’s recovering and seems to be doing well.”
PEOPLE confirmed Affleck, 46, entered a rehab facility in Malibu for alcohol addiction on Aug. 22. “He is seeking treatment. He knew he needed help and was vocal about it,” a source said.
By his side was ex Jennifer Garner, who arrived at his home with an addiction therapist. Garner, also 46, drove the actor to the treatment center the same day.
Leading up to Affleck seeking treatment, an insider told PEOPLE, “Ben had been drinking alone for days. He was in bad shape. He had barely been eating and had not showered. It didn’t take much convincing. He wanted to go, and he cooperated.”
He had also been spotted out with 22-year-old Playboy model Shauna Sexton, who he has been seeing since his split from ex-Lindsay Shookus.
On Sunday, Sexton was spotted leaving the treatment facility Ben has been staying at. She drove his Ford SUV to the center and has been spotted driving the vehicle since last week.
Sexton’s car has been seen at Ben’s house while the actor returns home to work out with a basketball trainer during the day.
“He looks much better and seems healthier,” a source previously told PEOPLE.
