On Thursday, the former Yankee, 43, shared a throwback photo of J.Lo, 49, which she signed for him years before they even got together.
“#TBT to almost 20 years ago when a big time global pop superstar signed a pic for a young ball player,” A-Rod captioned the shot adding, “#lifecanbeafunnythingsometimes #pictureperfect #keepsake #jlo.”
The “Dinero” singer later commented, “Omg!! Who found that!!???”
Of course, this isn’t the first time Rodriguez has gushed over his lady love on Instagram. In September, A-Rod posted a series of photos of his favorite memories he created with J.Lo from their trip to Italy in August.
In the post, the sportsman shows off several of his romantic boating adventures with the singer, as well as some sweet snaps of his two daughters, Ella Alexander, 10, and Natasha Alexander, 13. Lopez’s 10-year-old twins Max and Emme were also on the trip.
One of those candid photos features Lopez lovingly gazing at her boyfriend, while the pair casually sits on an outdoor couch. Meanwhile, Rodriguez, sporting all-white attire and dark aviator shades in the image, smiles off into the distance.
“missing summer. ” he captioned the shots, before asking his followers, “What do you miss most about summer?”
Although Lopez and Rodriguez, who began dating in March of last year, have spent a lot of time as a blended family, they are in no rush to get married, a source previously told PEOPLE.
“Their relationship from the beginning was very passionate, and they moved quickly,” said the Lopez source. “With Alex, Jennifer seems more mature and peaceful. It’s like she realized she doesn’t have to be married to be in a happy and serious relationship.”
Planning for a future together, Lopez and Rodriguez are focused on their children’s happiness. “Life is all about family for both of them,” the source said. “Besides the fact that Jennifer and Alex always had a strong attraction to each other, this seems to be the main reason why their relationship works so well. The kids always come first for both of them.”
On Thursday’s episode of Jersey Shore Family Vacation, Angelina Pivarnick confessed to the girls that she’d been having issues with her fiancé Chris Larangeira over her being in the house with Vinny Guadagnino. (The two slept together years ago.)
“That’s like, a masculine thing,” Jenni said. “His fiancée is in a house with dudes that are single. It’s a whole insecurity thing. No man is secure in this type of s—, it’s just not a thing. We’ve all been there.”
“Same,” Jenni said. “Mine almost led to divorce, so.”
But Jenni wasn’t the only one experiencing some relationship drama. Back in Las Vegas, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro was still reeling from his most recent blowup with on-off girlfriend Jen Harley. In the aftermath of an incident in which Jen allegedly dragged Ronnie with her car while their infant daughter was in the backseat — landing him in a sling — his mom Connie flew in to spend some time with him.
“I’ve got my mom out here to help me out and make sure that I get through all of the difficult times,” he said. “It really means a lot to me.”
So how was he feeling about Jen?
“With me and Jen, I just think there’s a lot of things that are unsettled,” he said. “She doesn’t know how to handle them, so she snaps. It’s something that you wouldn’t wish on anyone else.”
“I don’t know what to think with Jen,” he admitted. “I know what I want. I do want to have a family. That’s what makes me complete. But it’s like, when you want something but you can’t have it, but you’re working at it and you’re trying to get it and it’s just like, hurdle after hurdle after hurdle after hurdle — I don’t know what to do.”
Ultimately, his priority was his daughter Ariana Sky.
“My main concern’s got to be the baby,” he said. “I’m going to have to just take it day by day, and hopefully things fall into place at this point. As long as she’s okay, everything else will fall into place. That’s all that matters. It’s all I really care about, at this point.”

His costars, meanwhile, could hardly believe how bad things had gotten between the couple.
“The second we left Vegas, he went right to her,” Pauly “DJ Pauly D” DelVecchio said. “If he would have stayed on the path that we put him on, that wouldn’t have happened.”
“We all keep saying this is going to get worse, and then he gets dragged in a car,” Vinny Guadagnino said. “That mugshot says it all.”
“That mugshot looks like Lucifer!” Pauly joked.
Ronnie’s ongoing drama with Jen was also on Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino‘s mind — but for a different reason. With his wedding to fiancée Lauren Pesce coming up, he had to decide whether or not to make Ronnie a groomsman along with Vinny and Pauly.
“I want to do the right thing. I want to include him, but is it too much for him to take on right now?” Mike wondered. “I’m on the fence right now, because he’s going through a lot.”
“I can’t leave him out, and I don’t want to put too much on his plate, either,” he added. “He’s got a lot going on, he’s getting his own life together. For me to put another responsibility on him might be a disservice to our whole friendship.”
One thing that was set in stone? Ronnie “does not get a plus one,” Mike said with a laugh.
Jersey Shore Family Vacation airs Thursdays (8 p.m. ET) on MTV.
Kanye West met with Donald Trump in the Oval Office on Thursday, October 11.
Reporters were on hand to document to totally ridiculous event, too, which included Kanye rambling about how much money he makes... how unfairly citizens treat the President... and why the 13th amendment really should be abolished.
(This is the amendment that calls for the permanent end to slavery.)
It was quite a spectacle.
And, as we summarize below, it even left President Trump speechless...
But there was one part of this meeting that Kanye may regret.
It wasn't anything he said to the Trump, despite how utterly insane and ignorant the rapper sounded during his 10-minute rant in front of the cameras.
Instead, it was the time he accidentally revealed his iPhone password to the entire world.
Really. This happened.
After rambling about such topics as bipolar disorder, “male energy,” Superman, alternate universes and the Unabomber, West said he wanted to show the President a photo.
It was off the type of plane he believes the Commander-in-Chief ought to fly in.
"This right here is the iPlane 1. It’s a hydrogen-powered airplane, and this is what our president should be flying in. Look at this, Jared,” he said, hilariously showing the picture to Jared Kushner.
Trump, evidently impressed, responded, “We’ll get rid of Air Force 1."
But here's the thing:
In order to get to the snapshot on his phone, Kanye had to type in his password.
And SportsNet New York’s Kenny Ducey was able to zoom in and get a close-up of West as he pulled out the piece of technology and typed in his secret number...
... which is not to secret anymore.
Watch the very brief video featured on this page to learn the password!
“My heart is bursting. I’m so happy to share with you that we are having a baby! It still doesn’t feel real. These past few months have been filled with excitement, anxiety, tears, joy, uncertainty but most of all gratitude,” Holt, 33, captioned a photo, which shows her cradling her baby bump alongside her husband Andrew Joblon.
Reflecting on her miscarriage, The Originals actress said, “You never forget the deep pain of loss. It dims with time but it informs many of your experiences.”
“Our loss earlier this year was the darkest moment of my life. Yet, it made me infinitely more thankful for the precious baby growing inside me today.”

I want to take a moment to acknowledge all those struggling with miscarriage, infertility or any of the difficulties that come with bringing new life into the world. “I want to take a moment to acknowledge all those struggling with miscarriage, infertility or any of the difficulties that come with bringing new life into the world.”
“I know these announcements can hurt. I’ve felt it all. My heart is with you and I pray that our story gives you hope. Thank you all so much for your love and support— I can’t wait to share this journey with you,” Holt added.
In March, The Originals star opened up about her miscarriage explaining it left her feeling depressed and hopeless.
“I’ve never felt more broken in my life,” Holt captioned a photo of herself taken from a hospital bed after having a Dilation and Curettage procedure, which is a surgical procedure commonly performed after miscarriages.

I took this photo 10 days ago, as I waited for surgery after my sweet little baby lost its heartbeat. I sent it to my fiancé in the waiting room to show him that I was ok. I wasn’t. I’ve never felt more broken in my life. I debated sharing this so soon and I’m still frightened about making such a private struggle public, but I’m doing it anyway because it's important. After my D & C, I spent hours on the internet searching for women who had been through it. I was desperate to find someone, anyone, who could relate to what I was feeling. Someone to tell me that the depression and hopelessness were normal. That it wasn’t my fault. That I wasn’t broken forever. I found a community of women who shared my exact experience. Who were open and vulnerable about miscarriage, something that isn’t often or openly discussed. It breaks my heart to think that losing a baby feels like something we have to keep to ourselves. Why is it any different than the death of a loved one? How is it any less meaningful? Here is what I have learned as I begin to crawl out of the dark hole: support is everything. I could not have survived this without the unconditional love of my partner. Despite his pain, he was my rock and my safety net. I will never know how to thank him. I also found that opening up to people is crucial. As soon as I told my story, almost everyone I spoke to told me theirs – their own, their wife’s, their sister’s. So many people go through it and understand the breadth of pain, yet so few people talk about it. Finally, I want to share a blog post that resonated with every part of me. You can find the link in my bio, @leandramcohen of @manrepeller articulates the emotional rollercoaster with an eloquence that I could never possess. To anyone out there who has been through a miscarriage, I understand you. I share every bit of your pain and you are not alone. Please be kind to yourself and I hope that you will be comfortable sharing your story too.

Holt and Joblon got married in August. Joblon popped the question last year just months after Holt’s ex-husband Matthew Kaplan filed for divorce— citing irreconcilable differences— on April 27, one day before the couple would have marked their one-year wedding anniversary.
Catelynn Lowell has endured a number of hardships and setbacks in recent years, and the honesty with which she's addressed these struggles has made her a favorite amongst Teen Mom OG viewers.
But the show documents every part of its stars' lives, so perhaps it was only a matter of time before fans began to see aspects of Catelynn's character that they didn't find quite so endearing.
Many feel that the current season of Teen Mom OG has portrayed Catelynn in an unflattering light.
Some have even accused of her endangering her unborn baby.
Here's what viewers have to say about the new and not-so-improved Catelynn Lowell:
1. Better Days
2. Hard Times
3. The Baltierra Bond
4. An Uneven Partnership
5. The Low Point
6. Failing Her Family?
Shonda Rhimes doesn’t shy away from talking about her journey to self-acceptance — and through her partnership with Dove, the Grey’s Anatomy creator is helping to boost confidence in thousands of others.
In 2016, the prolific storyteller and the beauty brand banded together to produce a series of short films in which real women revealed their meaning of beauty. And recently, the two joined forces to launch Dove’s major new self-esteem initiative, Girl Collective, a sisterhood (supported by a social media community) aimed at challenging stereotypes around beauty, and inspiring young girls.
Dove kicked the project off in Los Angeles with a confidence-building summit which featured Rhimes as the keynote speaker, as well as a panel with the outspoken songstress SZA, Transgender Rights Acvitist Jazz Jennings and more. And while hundreds of girls pumped their fists to Beyoncé’s Run the World (Girls), Rhimes sat down with PeopleStyle to talk about makeup, meditation and the power of staying positive.
Since partnering with Dove on its confidence-boosting initiatives, what have you learned about your own self-confidence?
“I used to be one of those people who needed to have makeup on, but I’ve stopped wearing makeup every day, and have become really comfortable with my bare face, which is fascinating. You would think that you’d become more comfortable with it way earlier on, but, no. Now I spend more time examining it, in that sense of what do I love about my face and what do I love about myself. I feel really good about not feeling like I need a mask — and I feel like it’s really good for my daughters to see.”
How has this collaboration helped you have conversations with your three daughters about self-esteem?
“Probably because of the fact that I have been doing this project, we talk about it more. My five and six year old, when you’re that age, you run through the world with a sense of self-esteem that’s incredible, that somehow by the time you hit 16, which is what my oldest daughter is, it’s changed — the world has changed it for you. So, talking about the idea of beauty more — and all of her teenage girlfriends who come to the house get a little lecture, too.”
At five and six years old girls might just be starting to see images on tv and social platforms. How do you manage that in your household?
“There are just a lot of things we don’t watch. Some children’s programming is actually really shocking, so I try really hard to limit what they see and how much they see.”
What does it take for you to feel your most confident self?
“I think it’s a process. And part of the first step is understanding that the words you say to yourself matter. So for me, it was really about figuring out what I believed about myself. Luckily, my father said every day at least twice a day, ‘the only limit to your success is your imagination.’ So much so that I truly believed it. Those things, the more you say them, the more true they become. I used to say “I am going to take over the world through television.” And at first I said it in a joking way, but after a while, it started to feel really true. It depends on how often you say it, how much you believe it and how much you want to believe it. But, it doesn’t mean it’s going to happen overnight, or that it’s easy. Nothing that matters is easy.”
When do you feel most empowered?
“When I am at work and writing. And when I am with my daughters in the evenings and we’re sitting in bed and I am reading them stories.”
What does self-care look like to you?
“I try not to work on the weekends. I try to turn off my phone a lot. I have been doing a lot of skin care, face masks, which is very soothing and forces you to be quiet. And I have been meditating, or trying to. I am not very good at it—yet!”
HBO shows always manage to attract a ton of talent, as well as a ton of tantalizing ladies who like taking off their clothes! The premiere for the latest HBO Original Series, Camping, was a great place to see some of the most gorgeous ladies bringing their talents to HBO this television season!
First up is the hilariously named Hari Nef, whom you may have seen in Assassination Nation last month, or sporting a pair of pasties during a burlesque show on Amazon’s Transparent. Then it’s the star of the show, Jennifer Garner, looking resplendent in red. She’s seriously looking like a woman who finally got her divorce papers signed and is ready to move on with her hot new life as a single mom!
Not far behind is Juliette Lewis, who was always cute but has really grown into a gorgeous woman. She’s rocking her forties well and I’m always glad to see her turn up in things. Two more former child stars, Rhiannon Wryn and Cheyenne Haynes, were also looking super cute, as was Disney Channel starlet Dianne Doan!
Of course, we close things out with Nicole Richie who looks like she had herself newly bronzed for the occasion. Come on Hanson, let’s go campin’!

I just can’t look away from a very attractive Courtney Stodden cooling off in a pool. She’s more mesmerizing than Medusa. I’d stare until I turned into stone. I’d need a designated watcher to watch me watch her. Just so they can occasionally tap me on the shoulder to remind me to eat. Because I’d definitely forget what time is supper time when looking at Courtney is an all day feast for the eyes. Maybe if I’m lucky she’ll allow me to join her. I have a set of his and her arm floaties for safety, a pool noodle for playtime, and enough towels to double dip in the pool again after we dry off if we wanted to. I guess you can say I’m prepared.
But what I may not be prepared for is the kind of love that comes from a woman as hot as Courtney. She makes me so weak in the knees that I may need a wheelchair if I plan on walking next to her. Just being around her in the summer would be the best day ever. Outside, soaking up sun and Stodden. I couldn’t wish for a better day if I had a personal magic genie.

Molly Roloff may not be a cast member on Little People, Big World.
But that doesn't mean she isn't a very welcome member of her own family.
Unlike her brother, Jacob, who quit the aforementioned TLC series last summer in a major huff, Molly has never made any grand statements about the show being fake or phony or silly in any way.
She's simply chosen to live a more private life, one that has taken her away from her family farm and one that includes a very normal and content existence with husband Joel.
Like we said before, however, Molly is on great terms with her parents despite having removed herself from their everyday lives and their most profitable source of income.
And that relationship was on full display this past weekend.
In honor of the beginning of pumpkin season at Roloff Farms, Molly and Joel drove on down and supported their loved ones.
They posed for a photo with the entire family, and they also posed for a photo with just Amy, as you can see above.
"I was so so excited that Molly and Joel were able to drive down for opening weekend of pumpkin season at Roloff Farms Pumpkin Patch," Amy wrote as a caption to the two images above.
"It was wonderful to see them. This mom was happy."
And below is the snapshot that has been making the Internet rounds, with nearly every single Roloff in the same place for a fun change:
As far as Molly goes, she recently hung with her dad as well and does try to come back to the farm when she can.
But she headed off college at Whitworth University and then met her now-husband shortly thereafter, Joel Silvius.
Together, the couple chose to stay in the area and they're now permanently based in Spokane, Washington, which is about a six-hour drive from where Matt and Amy reside.
(Yes, Matt and Amy are divorced, but they still live on the same large piece of property. It's a whole thing.)
It's not a short haul for Joel and Molly to visit the farm, but pumpkin season is THE huge event for this family.
At least professionally speaking.
"The first weekend of pumpkin season has officially come and the whole family came out!" the Roloffs shared on the farm's official Instagram page.
"Thank you to everyone who has come out despite the rainy Oregon weather!"
Sometimes when South Park does an episode about current events, it hits just the right note to give a smart and insightful commentary on the issue. This week’s episode, The Problem With Poo, is not one of those episodes. The show’s A story features Mr. Hankey in a plot touching on celebrities like being fired for bad tweets and a B story picking up a thread from last season that features PC Principal and Vice Principal Strong Woman, but neither plot really produces any funny or memorable moments.
The episode starts off with a small nod to serialization as we can hear a school shooting before cutting to a town council meeting to address the townsfolk’s outrage at their inaction; of course, they don’t mean stopping school shootings, they’re discussing the fact that some people find the Christmas pageant’s producer, Mr. Hankey, offensive. This is basically the most insightful and clever the show gets, because we as a society do genuinely seem to care more about people saying something offensive on social media than we do about children being killed at school.
That contrast in the opening moments aside, Mr. Hankey’s story never really goes anywhere or says anything. After having his funding cut because some people find him offensive, Mr. Hankey makes some tweets that upset everyone, like saying the elementary school kids are “retarded homos,” which he alternately calls “a bad attempt at a joke” or blames on Ambien, a clear reference to Roseanne Barr. After his tweets get him fired he ends up in a hearing that for some reason parodies the Brett Kavanaugh hearings. The only reason for this appears to be to show Mr. Hankey sniffling during the hearing the way Kavanaugh did, which is not nearly a good enough punchline for the amount of set-up required.
PC Principal and Strong Woman’s story follows up on their affair from last season, still playing up the joke of everyone unanimously agreeing that co-workers having a consensual sexual relationship is the worst thing you can possibly do. There have been a few op-eds about the immorality of office dating lately, but it’s not something anything close to a large number of people care about as far as I can tell. It turns out that Strong Woman got pregnant and is desperately trying to hide the fact that PC Principal is the father.
Of course, when the babies are born, everyone can tell that they’re PC babies, presumably because of their PC Bro sunglasses. The babies crying any time someone says anything politically incorrect is a somewhat fun gag, but it wears thin by the time they’re crying over nothing and someone says “Sometimes PC Babies don’t even know why they’re crying.” I didn’t think the joke needed to have a hat put on it like that, and it’s not a strong enough gag to carry as much of the episode as it’s forced to.
The message becomes muddled at the end of the episode. Kyle has been trying to help Mr. Hankey because he wants to support his friend, even though Cartman warned him “See what that gets you in 2018.” Kyle ends up covered in shit with most of the town hating him until he too finally turns his back on Mr. Hankey to save himself. When Mr. Hankey is run out of town, presumably being dropped from the show, we get the episode’s final gag. Randy says that he’ll have to find a place that accepts “racist, awful beings” and that there are places that “don’t care about bigotry and hate” before cutting to Hankey’s new home, Springfield, where he’s greeted by Apu and the episode fades to black and flashes #cancelthesimpsons before the end credits. This feels like it’s supposed to be an episode-capping joke like Fun With Weapons had in its Janet Jackson moment, but it just doesn’t feel nearly as relevant.
Perhaps the most telling aspect of this episode’s failure is that the only genuinely funny line in the entire episode is a throwaway gag in Mr. Hankey’s exile scene. The Mayor tells him he doesn’t get to say goodbye and that they’ve called him a “poo-ber.” As Hankey expresses surprise that poo-ber is a real thing, a Lyft car pulls up. It’s a genuinely funny moment, but it’s entirely unrelated to the plot, so it ends up just highlighting how unfunny everything else was.
There’s also no resolution for the PC Babies plot, as they just agree to keep hiding that PC Principal is their father. The episode suffers not only from not knowing what it wants to say about current events but also not knowing what it wants to do with its own character arcs. All of that could be forgiven if the episode was funny, but it doesn’t manage to do that either. The entire episode ends up being what writers call a “Nakamura,” a series of running gags and call backs that all fail because the original joke just isn’t that funny.

I am sure pushing a baby cart is a great way to add a little something extra to a workout, but I question the safety of it. If my driving record is any indication, I think running with babies would lead to a lot of infant fatalities. Someone should really do a study on this. Leaving the baby at home alone might be safer so long as it can’t walk. What’s the worst that could happen there? But there is plenty bad that can happen running on the streets with a child.
There are potholes that could shake that child’s head worse than any meth head if hit. Or say you turn a corner too sharply and flip over. I assume running with a carriage is the same as attaching a sidecar to a motorcycle so the tipping risk would get increased exponentially. Or you could collide into another baby pusher and now we have two baby casualties. It seems like a selfish risk to make just to get your cardio in for the day. Instead of only thinking about yourself, how ‘bout you make the selfless decision and stay at hoe getting fat. That’s what a truly loving parent does.

I feel bad for Selena Gomez, she’s had a relatively rough life. Just recently she’s had to have a kidney transplant and her fake brother got arrested for taking a real gun through airport security and before that she dated Justin Bieber, which can’t be healthy for anyone.
A few weeks after Gomez posted a message saying she was taking a break from social media on Instagram, TMZ is reporting Gomez has checked into a mental health facility because of an “emotional breakdown” and that she’s getting dialectical behavior therapy to help her deal with her emotional issues.
View this post on Instagram
Mood lol (I was looking at myself in the mirror -like an idiot!) Update: taking a social media break. Again. As much as I am grateful for the voice that social media gives each of us, I am equally grateful to be able to step back and live my life present to the moment I have been given. Kindness and encouragement only for a bit! Just remember- negative comments can hurt anybody’s feelings. Obvi.
Multiple sources tell TMZ, the 26-year-old singer was at her Studio City, CA home the last week of September when the first emergency hit. We’re told she was despondent and emotional over an alarmingly low white blood cell count in the wake of her kidney transplant. Our sources say a family member drove her to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A.
We’re told Selena was released days later but had to be re-admitted late last week because her low blood cell count persisted, and it threw Selena into a downward emotional spiral.
Soon after she was admitted she insisted on leaving, but doctors said she couldn’t. We’re told Selena had “a meltdown” and “freaked out.” Selena tried ripping the IV’s out of her arm. Several sources called the episode “an emotional breakdown.”
Man, that sounds difficult to deal with. It’s a lot. Gomez needed the kidney transplant because she has lupus, and she’s pretty young to be going through all of that. I’m sure knowing that Justin Bieber was married and she wouldn’t be subjected to dating him again helped a little, but it’s still a lot to deal with.

If you’re one of the countless people that flocked to see Venom this weekend, one thing may have struck you as a bit odd in retrospect. Spoilers lie ahead, so if you haven’t seen the movie yet, bookmark this article to read after you see it.
In the film’s first act, the symbiote known as Riot escapes custody of Carlton Drake’s Life Foundation and goes on a rampage in Malaysia, eventually bonding with an old woman. The film soon makes a six month time jump—following Eddie Brock’s boneheaded confrontation of Drake and dismissal from his job—and Riot is still bonded to the old woman.
As Gamespot points out, in posing this question to director Ruben Fleischer, that the film goes on to establish that no one host could sustain a symbiote for that long…
Six months has gone by, yet when we catch up with Riot again, it seems virtually no time has passed. The Symbiote is still inhabiting the same host, which other scenes in the movie confirm is virtually impossible, since all but the most compatible hosts are quickly used up when bonded with a Symbiote. And furthermore, Riot has apparently only just made it to the airport.
Fleischer wasn’t much help on the matter, confirming that it is rather unfortunately a certified plot hole…
“Our idea was that Riot was using up the life force of whoever he took, and then he jumped ship when he’d consumed them and then find a new host to carry him further on his journey,” Fleischer explained. Obviously that idea got lost somewhere in that six month time jump, when Riot stayed bonded with the old woman for half a year. What was Riot doing for those six months?
“Yeah, that’s a good question,” Fleischer said. “That’s one of our few–hopefully–few logic bumps. But we had to have a passage of time in order to show Eddie’s downfall, and that was the one thing that doesn’t entirely track.“
“But I like to think that old lady was going around murdering all throughout Malaysia, and she was just having a good old time just shooting shards through different people in Malaysia,” he continued.
Yeah, sure thing guy. Venom, plot hole and all, is in theaters now.
Since it’s not due in theaters until January, we’ve still got some time before M. Night Shyamalan finally brings his Unbreakable trilogy to a close with Glass. When Unbreakable was released in the fall of 2000, most folks could’ve cared less about superhero movies. They were either thought of as campy like the Batman franchise had become, or dark and self serious like Blade and X-Men.
Now, however, the comic book movie has become the national pastime, and M. Night decided to position his 2017 flick Split as a long overdue sequel to Unbreakable. When that film hit big, the stage was set for him to bring his hero into contact with the two biggest villain threats he could possibly face.
Bruce Willis, Samuel L. Jackson, and James McAvoy are all back, reprising their roles from the aforementioned films, in an adventure that finds Mr. Glass and The Beast teaming up to see if David Dunn truly is Unbreakable. It’s a good thing apathy didn’t set in during that 17 year gap between the first flick and the sequel, otherwise this might seem like the wrong idea at the wrong time.
Hopefully M. Night can work a little more of that magic he used to be able to tap into on the regular. We’ll find out for sure when Glass opens on January 18, 2019.
One mom is speaking out about her baby’s medical ordeal to raise awareness.
In a Facebook post that has received 3,000 likes and 1,200 comments, Rhian Brace — a mom in Doncaster, England — discussed her son Ernie’s struggle with Herpes simplex virus.
Ernie’s symptoms seemed insignificant at first. “Ernie didn’t have a temperature, his nappies hadn’t changed, he was feeding as he had been for the two weeks he had been at home,” Brace said in her Facebook post. “The only indication I had that he wasn’t well was one tiny blister like spot on the back of head.”
Doctors told her that her son must have eczema. “I cleaned the area and re-washed his head/hair just in case it was infectious,” she wrote. “Three days later another 4 had appeared and then over night another 6 had made an appearance, all looking like infected blisters, it was then I decided to contact the doctors as the previous diagnosis that had been given didn’t seem right to me.”
At the hospital, Ernie was diagnosed with Herpes simplex virus. He received two weeks of IV medication in the hospital and will take oral medication for six months at home. Brace wrote, “We have been told that if Ernie gets to his 1st birthday and the virus has not come back or showed anymore signs then the virus that has hospitalised him for the first weeks of his life has been completely killed.”
Brace tells PEOPLE that Ernie is on the rebound. “Ernie is well,” she says. “He settled back into his routine brilliantly. He is still as smiley, bubbly and happy as he was before going into hospital.”

Jeffrey S. Gerber, an infectious disease doctor at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, explains to PEOPLE, “In general, the vast majority of people handle this infection fine and it’s nothing more than a nuisance. Many people are infected and will never know. Infants, however, are a different story. Neonatal Herpes simplex infection is rare (about 1 in 2500 newborns) but can be devastating.”
Gerber, who did not treat Ernie and is not familiar with his particular situation, says Neonatal Herpes is “typically is transmitted within the first 3-4 weeks of life, most often vertically transmitted from the female genital tract.”
Although being exposed to a cold sore can also transmit the disease, Gerber says “that’s not the way it’s typically transmitted” to an infant.
Of course, he adds, “If you have a cold sore you should not come in contact with the young infant.”
Of babies who do contract Neonatal Herpes, he says, “About half have skin, eye, and/or mouth disease, and the rest get either central nervous system or disseminated (everywhere) infections. The latter of the 2 are more severe. If the babies survive, about 50% will have recurrent skin lesions throughout at least the first several months of life, which is why they are treated for at least 6 months.”
Gerber notes that quick recognition and treatment with an antiviral medication are important ways to combat the infection.
Brace has kept Ernie’s spirits by giving him “lots of love and cuddles.” She adds to PEOPLE, “We go out every day to be in the fresh air. He is such a happy baby anyway. We just spend a lot of time together doing things I know he loves.”
One silver lining of Ernie’s illness has been the response to Brace’s Facebook post. “The reaction has been absolutely overwhelming,” Brace notes. “I never, ever expected for my Facebook to post to be shared as much as it has been and still is. The love, well wishes and such kind words really touched my heart.”
I would have never pegged Blac Chyna as the kind of girl that goes for pink, and I am not just saying that because of her first name. I mean, it does make a strong argument for me, you cannot very well have a guy named Superman not be super, right? I would even be willing to give her light blue and not knock her for false advertising. There is plenty fine China that uses that color.
Maybe she knows more about the benefits of different colors than I do. Like, dark colors help to hide the shape of a body, while lighter colors accentuate it. Maybe Blac Chyna is not trying to contain her curves at all! She is actually using her body as a moving billboard to showcase her talent.
Plenty of strip clubs do it all over the city, so I could see it being very beneficial for her as well. I doubt strip clubs would invest in something like that for so long if it did not pay off. What Chyna is missing is a website or phone number being visible. Now I don’t know how to get in contact with her.

It’s over for Bachelor in Paradise stars Jacqueline Trumbull and Jordan Mauger.
Mauger confirmed their split late Tuesday night while answering questions from his followers on his Instagram Story.
When a fan asked the New Zealand native if he and Trumbull ware still dating, Mauger replied, “Nope.”
After a second person asked the same question, Mauger answered with a bitmoji that said: “How about no.”
Mauger, 34, did not elaborate on the reason behind their breakup. He has deleted all of his photos with Trumbull, 27, from his Instagram account.
The split comes less than two months after the pair made their relationship Instagram-official.
Both appeared on season 5 of Bachelor in Paradise — though they didn’t meet on the show. Trumbull had come and gone by the time Mauger joined the cast for a short stay. And while it’s unclear how the two met outside of Paradise, they started posting photos together before the season ended.
Trumbull shared a series of flirty photos on Sept. 4 of the two at Burning Man (which took place from Aug. 25 to Sept. 3) near Reno, Nevada.

Last month, Mauger visited Trumbull in New York City.
Trumbull competed on Arie Luyendyk Jr.‘s season of The Bachelor, but the Ph. D candidate left on her own accord when she realized she and Luyendyk Jr. wouldn’t last in the real world.
Mauger starred on the New Zealand Bachelor and was introduced to American audiences during Bachelor Winter Games, where he had a brief romance with Bibiana Julian.
Looking back on the summer movies, one of the ones I enjoyed the most was Teen Titans GO! to the Movies. It was an entertaining romp that had several laugh out loud moments and some hilarious cameos. One of the best cameos came from Stan Lee, appearing for the first time in a DC film, and you can now see his two brief scenes for yourself.
Those that may have doubted Stan Lee’s self-awareness in the past can rejoice at the fact that he gets it and can hang in movies outside the Marvel Universe. His willingness to participate in this flick raised his stock substantially in my portfolio, and I’m glad that he can poke fun at his own cameos.
The second best cameo in the film comes from Nic Cage as Superman, finally getting his chance to bring his favorite comic book character to life. Third best has to be DC team Challengers of the Unknown, who are the subject of the film’s best running gag. Stay all the way through the credits for that one to pay off.
And finally—speaking of celebrities whose self-awareness has improved my opinion of them—my fourth favorite cameo in the film comes from this musical number featuring Michael Bolton as a keytar rockin’ magical tiger whose dad might be a cop…
Teen Titans GO! to the Movies hits DVD & Blu-ray October 30.
