Hans Zimmer is probably my fave movie composer... and the "Gladiator" soundtrack is my fave soundtrack... and "Gladiator" and "Thelma & Louise" are among my top 5 movies... :B
However, I hadn't planned on attending this Zimmer-less show - I was watching a movie at home that evening, and randomly paused to check my phone (which was on silent as usual). There was a text from Carolin saying she had a spare ticket for the concert, which would begin in a couple of hours (just down the road from me), and would I like to come? AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA OK THEN. So I went there with Carolin and her brother. :D Nice music obv, and nice visuals, and Sirprize Lisa Gerrard!
Had to hush a couple of manbabies who were conversing behind us. -_-
A short while later, I booked another Zimmer concert where he would appear in person - in Stockholm, April 2021. Although that's been postponed until February 2022... for now... D:
