Ben Affleck is heading back to rehab.
The actor, 46, is seeking treatment for alcohol addiction, according to TMZ.
The move to enter a treatment facility came after his ex Jennifer Garner was photographed arriving at his home on Wednesday. The two were later seen leaving the house together.
On Monday, the Justice League star was photographed receiving an alcohol delivery outside of his Brentwood, Calif. home.
Affleck was seen outside of his house wearing a dark gray T-shirt and light gray sweatpants as he picked up a Pacifico beer-branded box filled with what appeared to be Johnnie Walker Blue Label scotch whisky in a blue case and some other unidentifiable bottles.
While the actor, 46, has been in ongoing treatment and attending meetings for alcohol addiction, his new flame, Playboy’s May 2018 Playmate, 22, told the magazine her go-to drink is “whiskey all day.”
“Bourbon, for sure,” she added. “I like whiskey and soda, which makes people cringe, but I like it.”
Just before his 46th birthday on Aug. 15, a friend of the actor told PEOPLE that “Ben is doing well. He is in a good place mentally and has worked really hard to get there.”
“He continues to focus on himself and the health of his relationships,” the friend added. “He attends meetings, many meetings, and he also does meditation and yoga.”
“While he still has his moments — and let’s be honest, everyone struggles — he continues to work hard on himself.”
His first time in rehab was in 2001. In March 2017, Affleck announced that he had completed treatment for alcohol addiction.
“I have completed treatment for alcohol addiction; something I’ve dealt with in the past and will continue to confront,” he wrote on Facebook. “I want to live life to the fullest and be the best father I can be. I want my kids to know there is no shame in getting help when you need it, and to be a source of strength for anyone out there who needs help but is afraid to take the first step. I’m lucky to have the love of my family and friends, including my co-parent, Jen, who has supported me and cared for our kids as I’ve done the work I set out to do. This was the first of many steps being taken towards a positive recovery.”
Reports that Catelynn Lowell suffered a miscarriage are heartbreaking.
The Teen Mom OG star has reportedly sought guidance from rehab, but fans are now for the first time seeing her joy upon learning that she's pregnant on the show itself.
Quite the contrast from her current grim reality.
A new report reveals how Catelynn is coping ... and that MTV's crew has been instructed to walk on eggshells around her in this trying time.
On the most recent episode of Teen Mom OG, Catelynn Lowell revealed that she was pregnant.
She shared the news with Tyler Baltierra by putting Nova in a shirt that read "I'm going to be a big sister!"
Kind of a weird way for Tyler to find out what was, at the time, good news. But a cute reveal nonetheless.
Unfortunately, we already know that Catelynn Lowell suffered a miscarriage.
That's one of the pitfalls of reality television being filmed months in advance -- you see sad life events coming in the distance like an oncoming train, but you can't get off of the tracks.
Catelynn has reportedly not taken this well.
Everyone grieves differently. Everyone processes negative emotions differently.
And no two people have the exact same response to the very personal tragedy of a miscarriage.
Considering the childhood trauma that Catelynn has endured, it's very understandable that she faces additional challenges when it comes to grief and loss.
Grappling with suicidal thoughts, Catelynn Lowell checked herself into rehab for her own safety and well-being.
As a reality star, Catelynn has to relive her suffering as her story unfolds for fans and viewers on Teen Mom OG.
But there is still so much that fans don't know. Obviously, many -- though not all -- know better than to directly ask Catelynn about her alleged miscarriage and about details of her stint in rehab.
Keep in mind that a lot of this is unconfirmed, but based upon reports of what people who work on the show were told.
Still, the story adds up.
The pregnancy reports (now confirmed on the show), the confession of suicidal ideation, the rehab reports.
This is all so sad.
HollywoodLife reports on how Catelynn Lowell is coping and on the Teen Mom OG star's current state of mind:
"Catelynn is not ready for any of this to be public right now so it’s complicated."
Yes, it certainly is.
"It’s such a delicate subject there’s a lot of mystery around what exactly happened and the crew has been told not to ask her about it and not to mention it to anyone so there is a lot of unknowns."
True. It's good that the crew has been instructed to be sensitive at this time, but there has to be some unspoken awkwardness on set. Or so we imagine.
"Obviously Catelynn is having a very hard time coping right now so the priority is just getting her stable again."
Absolutely. We all want to know, but Catelynn's health and well-being come first.
Still, the source ends on a positive note.
"It’s a dark time, but she’s a fighter and she’ll make it through."
Considering all that Catelynn has already been through, we're inclined to agree.
Catelynn may have filmed rehab footage for Teen Mom OG. If so, we'll all get front-row seats to an early and crucial stage of her recovery.
But grief and mourning aren't something that you can complete during a stint at an Arizona facility.
Regardless of what makes it on camera, we expect that Catelynn will share her story with fans when she's good and ready.
Selena Gomez Gets Frank About Her ‘Difficult Time’ Before Rehab & Reveals She ‘Can’t Stand’ Social Media!
Selena Gomez isn't afraid to get real with her fans.
During Wednesday's panel for her Netflix show, 13 Reasons Why, the Hands To Myself singer candidly revealed why she felt so connected to this project about teen suicide. Go on!
In regards to her own tough high school experience, the A-lister shared:
"I think that my [own] high school experience was amplified. I wouldn't say it was worse, but it made it harder... Whether it was just kids or growing up in the biggest high school in the world, which was Disney Channel, it was also adults that had the audacity to kind of tell me how I should live my life...It was very confusing for me. I had no idea who I was going to be, what I'm still going to become."
Fair, fair. Of course, the start of production for 13 Reason Why came right as Miz Gomez was starting her 90-day stint rehab, in order to deal with her own mental health issues. And while the former child star was initially passionate about executive producing the project, she's since developed her own personal connection to the story.
The triple threat continued:
"To be frank with you, I actually was going through a really difficult time when they started production. I went away for 90 days, and I actually met a ton of kids in this place that were talking about issues that these characters are experiencing. Whether I like it or not, people have seen a lot of my mistakes and I had to use that as a good thing, because then they're able to trust me. I want to be a part of this, because I think this is what they want, this is what they need."
Still, despite being the most followed person on Instagram, Selly G struggles with the constant attention she gets thanks to social media. In fact, Taylor Swift's bestie "can't stand" social networking! She noted:
"I can't stand what they're looking at and what they think is reality. There are 17-year-old's that look older than me and that freaks me out. We're just so disconnected from people now. Teens just really want [a connection]."
You can say that again!
Nonetheless, we're so impressed with how Selena has taken in her own tough experience and turned it into something influential for her fans. Snaps!

After everything that has happened, Scott Disick is still looking forward to a bright future with the eldest Kardashian sister!
“Scott is confident that he can get Kourtney Kardashian back after he finishes rehab. Whether it’s true or not remains to be seen,” a tattletale tells Hollywood Life exclusively.
Quick recap: Scotty was recently admitted to rehab after months of heavy partying and trysts with young girls. Is he finally beginning to man up?
On the other hand, the 36-year-old Kourtney “thinks he is a drunk mess and not fit to be a parent without supervision,” as told to People by a close source.
The ex-couple are parents to Mason (5), Penelope (3), and Reign (6 months), respectively.
More about ’em!
Dr. Phil's talk show has basically become a platform for him to hold interventions for stars in need this year, and it seems like he just had another blowup.
Apparently, the Buffy the Vampire Slayer actor says that he felt like Dr. Phil simply wanted ratings, and even issued a statement on his exit, saying:
"My illnesses and addictions are a daily struggle for me, and I am committed to working on them for the rest of my life. A big part of that is focusing on positivity.
I'm the first to admit I've messed up, a lot, and I've hurt people I care about and who care about me. When I was in that seat, I felt that Dr. Phil went for the jugular, talking about some of my recent mistakes, with no build up. I felt that he wanted me to lay the darkest parts of myself on national TV right from the start, and I'm not willing to do that."
However, Nicholas did thank Dr. Phil for his work helping people with issues, as well:
"I want to acknowledge all the good Dr. Phil has done for people, famous or not. His production has spent millions on helping people turn their lives around."
Well it's nice to cover your bases, but we're sorry you felt so uncomfortable!
Get well soon, Nicky!

Well, it seems Kim Richards has the support of at least one person!
Following Kim's previous stint in a recovery facility, the former RHOBH star spoke out, but this time, she's saying:
"I spoke to Kim – she just got out of rehab. She sounds like she's in great spirits. She's just trying to find a place to live and move forward with her acting."
And Brandi even shared in her New Weekly magazine column that she didn't leave rehab early, but was just finished with her program.
Kim also echoed those sentiments when she recently gushed she was "doing well" with her sobriety.
We can only hope this is true the second time around!
But what do U think?? Are U buying it?

Kim Richards has flown the coop!
On Tuesday, it was reported that after a 30 day stint in rehab Real Housewives of Beverly Hills celeb has left rehab.
In case you forgot: the Housewife had a drunken meltdown at the Beverly Hills Hotel back in April which lead to the TV personality's decision to enter rehab.
However, it's said that the reality star packed her bags this weekend and left the Malibu facility in the dead of night. Huh?!
Though the blonde beauty finished rehab after a little over one month -- it's said her motivation to leave was because she didn't get along with the treatment center's staff and doctors.
Regardless, things had been going well for the former RHOBH cast-member after a happy family visit over the Fourth of July weekend.
Nonetheless, Kim is set to appear in court for her pre-trial motions on July 16 -- so perhaps she's just leaving to prepare for her legal troubles?!
We hope this exit from rehab means that Kim is doing better! Fingers crossed.

Buffy Star Nicholas Brendon Checked Himself Into Rehab For The Second Time This Year After Smashing A Window With His Bare Hands!
We just hope he's getting the help he needs!
Lately, Buffy the Vampire Slayer star Nicholas Brendon has been making headlines for all the wrong reasons.
Well now, he's at least taking action.
Recently, the sci-fi actor has checked himself into rehab -- for the second time this year -- following a bizarre incident where he smashed a window with his bare hands.
According to police, on July 3, Brendon allegedly got into an argument with a woman which lead him to punch said window.
After the thespian fled the scene, firefighters arrived and then discovered him in an alleyway with bloody hands.
The troubled performer was then taken to a hospital and no arrests were made.
Three days after this incident, Brendon admitted himself into a treatment center.
As we reported, he sought professional help in June for problems relating to depression, alcoholism, and substance abuse.
We wish Nicholas the best with his recovery.

We really hope he stays with it!
Rob Kardashian reportedly checked into a rehab facility in Palm Beach over the weekend.
Celebrity bodyguard Mark Behar claims that the 28-year-old has finally listened to his family's wishes and wants to get help.
According to Mark, Rob is now part of a 60-Day program where he will battle his alcohol, marijuana, and cough syrup addictions:
"He told me ‘This is it, I just need to stick with it and do this.'
Rob will probably lose 10 to 20 pounds within the first few weeks by just being in rehab and daily programs relating to his detox."
While weight loss would be a positive outcome from his stint in rehab, what we're most hoping for is that he fights off his addictions.
Only Rob can really help himself out of this hole, and we're so happy he's finally taken the first step towards doing so!
